Key Responsibilities – HR & Admin Specialist

Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation

Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions, and BPO regulations

Liaise with social security offices, labor law authorities, and governmental entities

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently

Maintain and update HR systems and databases with high accuracy

Support general HR and administrative functions as needed

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

+2 years of proven experience in personnel and payroll (minimum 70% of role focus)

Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures

Previous experience in the BPO industry is a must

Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

English proficiency: Full Professional

Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina ( On-site )

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Argentina time zone)
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
