Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient delivery processes, cost control, compliance, and high customer satisfaction while leading logistics teams and coordinating with suppliers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations
  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with freight providers and vendors
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
  • Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams
  • Implement process improvements and logistics systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
  • Experience managing transportation, warehouse, and distribution operations
  • Strong knowledge of NS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
