PROJECT DIRECTOR

We are working with a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end project execution, from design coordination through to construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of mixed-use developments (residential, retail, hospitality components)
• Oversee design, consultants, contractors, and project delivery teams
• Drive project planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies
• Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality, and HSE standards

We are looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Director on large-scale mixed-use developments (developer/client-side preferred)
• Strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects in the GCC
• Expertise in project controls, contracts, and stakeholder management
• Leadership capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance
• Experience within KSA or the wider Middle East is highly desirable
