Job Description

Growth opportunity, joining various team projects, in order to improve your technical skills
Have the opportunity to learn how to work in a multicultural environment
Assist in the management of spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts deliveries
Assist in the identification and ordering of spare parts needed for repairs and maintenance
Assist in the management of spare parts database and records, including updating part numbers, quantities, and stocks
Assist in the coordination of parts deliveries and shipments
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient spare parts management processes and procedures
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts
Provide general administrative support to the spare parts management team, including filing, data entry, and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Undergraduate Student / Master program student, with technical background

Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues

Communicative person, able maintain good relations both internally and externally.

A person able to understand from economically point of view the failure caused by delays

Person oriented towards reaching targets, increased attention to details

Advantage if the person has knowledge about what a supply chain means and the inter-dependencies

We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input data

Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory

Show willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-up

Express initiative for learning about the latest trends in technology

Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments
