Industry: PVC / UPVC Pipe Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.

Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material feed.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.

Train, guide, and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.

Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality control measures.

Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in PVC/UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing.

Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers.

Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred.

Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.

Good communication and leadership skills.
