Job Description

• The Executive Lounge Agent is responsible for delivering refined, personalized, and intuitive
• service experience to Executive Floor and VIP guests. The role supports the smooth daily operation
• of the Executive Club Lounge by combining Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations
• functions, in line with Accor values, as well as ALL Accor loyalty recognition

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification(s) in Tourism Management an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of similar Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
