A New Zealand-based supplier specialising in traffic management and bitumen-related products, the company supports infrastructure, roadworks, and road safety projects nationwide while continuing to expand its digital presence. It is focused on maintaining accurate, high-performing websites and building scalable marketing systems to support product visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is a hands-on position primarily responsible for managing and optimising multiple WordPress websites, ensuring product content is accurate, structured, and SEO-friendly. In addition, the role supports CRM activity, email marketing campaigns, and social media execution to drive consistent communication and engagement across channels. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple platforms, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving digital marketing operations.
Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for allocated projects, liaising directly with customers to confirm technical requirements, delivery priorities, and site timelines.
Technical Scheduling: Expertly interpret structural and architectural drawings to generate accurate bar lists, cutting lists, and bending schedules for the production floor.
Production Coordination: Sync production schedules with internal lead times to ensure customer deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with clients to resolve discrepancies in drawings or scheduling, proposing practical production solutions and negotiating adjustments where necessary.
Data Integrity: Maintain rigorous records of all documentation, revisions, and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold company’s Integrated Management Systems (ISO standards) and maintain a "safety-first" approach by identifying hazards and following all WHS procedures.
Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in steel reinforcing, construction, or manufacturing specifically within the Australian market.
Technical Literacy: High proficiency in reading and interpreting complex structural and architectural drawings.
Software Skills: Proven experience with scheduling software (e.g., AutoCAD, BlueBeam, or specialized rebar scheduling tools) and project management platforms.
Communication: A confident communicator capable of managing client expectations and collaborating with internal production teams.
Precision: Exceptional attention to detail; you understand that a 5mm error on a schedule has real-world consequences on-site.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
