Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Submit a pre-recorded video of 1-2 minutes in length that demonstrates sales abilities and a US/western accent.
Meet daily and weekly metrics for call volume, meetings scheduled, and closed deals
Track all call activity and customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation and business development
Daily: 200+ calls a day
Weekly: 20 meetings scheduled (out of 1000 weekly calls)
Weekly: 2 closed deals. A closed deal is a customer that posts 1+ role with us and we fulfill the position, and they pay us.
Please note that we will terminate individuals who cannot meet the test and metrics in the first week. Those who make it will continue, and we will keep adding more cold callers as each hit metrics and ramps.
