CATERING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a proactive and organized Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations, ensure excellent service delivery, and lead on-site teams during events and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily catering operations and event setup
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service staff
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage inventory, supplies, and operational reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
With 2–3 years experience in catering, food service, or hospitality operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Can work under pressure and during weekends/events
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
