Store Encoder / Cashier

Location: Matina, Davao City
Trust Hardware Phils., Inc., a trusted name in wholesale and retail of construction and industrial supplies, is looking for a Store Encoder / Cashier to support daily store operations. This role is responsible for accurate sales encoding, billing, and handling of customer transactions while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Encode sales transactions accurately in the system
Prepare and process invoices, official receipts, and other billing documents
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions properly
Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and product details
Balance cash register and prepare daily sales reports
Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for order verification
Address customer inquiries related to billing and transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/encoding area
Qualifications
At least Senior High School graduate
With or without experience; experience in cashiering or encoding is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office or POS systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
