Bar Attendant

Our 241 room, Premium Hotel is located next to the beautiful Hyde Park and on the doorstep of some of Sydney's most vibrant restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues. We welcome a diverse range of guests every day with a mix of both corporate & leisure as well as hosting and taking part in an array of events, including the incredible (and colourful) Mardi Gras.

Job Description

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager and the Supervisors in the overall operations of the bar

Qualifications

Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.

Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.

Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Adaptable and able to multi-task.

Time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.

Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Must have RSA certificate.
