We are hiring an Account Executive to own and drive the full sales cycle for a growing pipeline of warm inbound leads. This role sits at the center of the company’s revenue engine and works directly with leadership to convert interest into signed agreements.
You will manage multi-step sales cycles—from initial outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery, site coordination, and contract finalization. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring consistent follow-up, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

You will directly contribute to revenue growth by converting inbound demand into closed deals and ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Lead Management & Pipeline Ownership – 35%
Manage and prioritize warm inbound leads from day one
Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maintain engagement across long sales cycles
Track all activities, notes, and deal stages within the CRM accurately
Submit weekly pipeline reports and proactively flag stalled deals
Client Communication & Relationship Building – 25%
Conduct professional video calls and written communication with prospects
Build trust and rapport with property managers and decision-makers
Deliver clear, compelling product presentations and handle objections effectively
Create urgency while maintaining a transparent and non-pushy sales approach
Proposal Coordination & Deal Progression – 20%
Coordinate site visits and manage all next steps in the deal cycle
Prepare and deliver proposals quickly and accurately
Drive deals through multiple stages including approvals and contract finalization
Support contract review and revisions with increasing independence
CRM & Reporting – 10%
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all deals
Track performance metrics and report on pipeline health weekly
Identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements
Onboarding, Learning & Collaboration – 10%
Participate in structured onboarding, training, and call shadowing
Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and role-play exercises
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
