The Internal Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for driving hiring across Pearl Talent’s internal teams. This position operates at the intersection of execution and strategy, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and close top-tier candidates.
You will manage multiple searches simultaneously across functions such as Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations. The role is highly execution-focused while also requiring strategic thinking to refine hiring processes and elevate talent quality.
This is a high-ownership role suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, and can operate independently while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
In this role, you will directly influence how Pearl Talent scales by building high-performing internal teams. Your ability to consistently attract and close top talent will improve hiring velocity while maintaining a high bar for quality.
You will streamline recruiting processes, reduce hiring friction, and ensure strong alignment between hiring managers and candidate pipelines. By building scalable systems and maintaining strong candidate experiences, you will contribute to improved hiring outcomes, stronger team performance, and long-term organizational growth.
Full-Cycle Recruitment – 40%
Own end-to-end hiring across internal functions including Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and candidate quality
Drive candidates through the pipeline from sourcing to offer stage with strong conversion rates
Sourcing & Pipeline Building – 25%
Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing channels
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines for recurring and critical roles
Experiment with new sourcing strategies to improve pipeline quality and speed
Hiring Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership – 15%
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and success criteria
Provide insights on talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
Align stakeholders on candidate profiles and hiring expectations
Candidate Experience – 10%
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the process
Represent and strengthen Pearl Talent’s employer brand
Process Optimization & Reporting – 10%
Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and interview processes
Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health and time-to-fill
Build scalable hiring processes to support company growth
LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Slack
Boolean search tools, sourcing extensions, Notion
