What you will do:
▪️ Lead recruitment and onboarding of fresh talent.
▪️ Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives.
▪️ Manage timekeeping, basic benefits administration, and compliance.
Who we are looking for:
🎓 Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
📋 Must be a Board Exam Passer (Registered Psychometrician)
⏳ With experience: Minimum 1–3 years of solid work experience handling various HR functions.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of labor standards.
📍 Work Location: Guadalupe, Cebu City
