Provide Level 1 field support and Remote support for servers (SR650 V3).

Ensure proper installation, replacement, and handling of approved Lenovo FRUs/CRUs.

Maintain documentation and ensure proper part return per Lenovo standards.

Basic hardware diagnostics (visual inspection, POST behavior, indicator LEDs).

Replacement of approved CRUs/FRUs per Lenovo Field Replacement procedures (c/o Lenovo)

Basic physical installation and removal of hardware components (c/o Lenovo)

Follow Lenovo hardware manuals and ESD procedures.

Ticket updates and service documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Experience with Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 servers

Schedule: 8x5 Support
