The Regional PMO support team will oversee the implementation of new wage codes across specific countries to support the rollout of RSU and ESPP plans. They will serve as the primary liaison between the local company payroll teams in their assigned regions and External Vendor, our technical implementation partner.
Introduction & Onboarding: Reach out to assigned companies in your countries to introduce yourself as their primary contact. Share the implementation tracker and schedule regular check-ins.
Progress Tracking: Monitor each company’s progress, ensuring the tracker is kept up-to-date and that companies are meeting key milestones for wage code implementation.
Facilitate Problem Resolution: Gather feedback, help remove barriers, and act as the intermediary between company payroll teams and External Vendor. Receive queries from the companies and coordinate with External Vendor to get clarifications and solutions.
Country Calls: Ensure that weekly country-specific calls are scheduled and attend these calls. Monitor External Vendor deliverables, such as timely delivery of meeting materials, meeting minutes and ensure a repository of questions and answers is maintained for each country.
Weekly Reviews: Conduct weekly progress review calls with the External vendor Point of Contact to review any open issues, missing materials, and overall status.
Maintain Documentation: Collaborate with External team to build and maintain a country-level repository of common questions and answers, so that knowledge is shared and accessible to all relevant companies.
