We’re looking for someone who can drive site execution — not just watch it.
If you can manage people, hit timelines, and solve problems fast, keep reading.
✅ Requirements:
• 1–2 years experience in Ground-Up or Fit-Out projects
• Preferably Civil Engineer
• Safety Officer 2 (SO2) is a plus
• Can read plans, coordinate teams, and enforce standards
⚙️ What You’ll Do:
• Ensure daily site progress aligns with schedule
• Submit Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports
• Track materials, manpower, and site issues
• Maintain documentation (RF Is, I Rs, reports, photos)
• Solve delays before they become problems
📊 How You’ll Be Measured:
• On-time execution
• Minimal delays & rework
• Accuracy of reports
• Ability to solve problems independently
💰 Compensation:
Performance-based. We reward output — not excuses.
