Key Responsibilities: ✅
Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
Process basic billing, payments, and receipts as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Qualifications: ✅
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related role.
Preferably with experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and presentable.
Willing to work full-time, including weekends.
