Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Associate to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of HR principles and processes. As a Human Resource Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company by managing various HR functions and providing support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are set up for success.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure all information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and assist in training and development initiatives for employees.
• Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address employee relations issues.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
