We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications through structured testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Review product requirements, specifications, and designs to understand test scope and objectives
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) based on requirements and user scenarios
• Perform various types of testing, including Functional Testing, System Integration

Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) Testing, and Regression Testing

Conduct UI/UX validation and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability, etc.)
Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as Jira
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Ensure testing activities follow defined QA processes and standards
Prepare test reports and provide clear testing status updates to stakeholders

What You Bring

Must-have

Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications (black-box and white-box)
Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar bug tracking tools, and Browser DevTools (basic level)
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Nice-to-have

• Experience or exposure in the Telco / Telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or API testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework
