Buyer Trainee

We are looking for a Buyer Trainee to join our Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In this role, you will support day-to-day procurement operations by working with purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy, and helping keep order and invoice handling on track.

This is a paid summer internship and a great opportunity to gain practical experience in an international environment, learn how procurement work is handled in a global organization, and build a solid foundation for a future career in supply chain or logistics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Working with purchase orders – entering and controlling data in the system
Controlling buying invoices and supporting invoice handling
Communicating with customers regarding their orders and related questions
Supporting the buyers in daily operational tasks
Living our core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your Background

• Experience or studies in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Good MS Excel skills
• Can-do mindset and willingness to act as a team player
• Ability to engage and communicate with customers
• Availability to commit to a summer internship
