Job Description

Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget

Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel

Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals

Drive ambassadors engagement

Qualifications

Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding sales skills
Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Service and quality minded
Good listening skills, ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
Experienced General Manager with minimum 5 years of experience
