HR Help Desk – Mandarin Speaker in Malaysia

📍 Location: Penang
🕒 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
Provide accurate information related to HR policies, processes, and systems
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams when necessary
Ensure service quality and SLA targets are met
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve HR service delivery
