French-Speaking Customer Advisor – Porto, Portugal

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Porto, supporting the Bouygues Telecom project. In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing support on subscriptions, billing, and basic technical issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from Bouygues Telecom customers
  • Provide assistance with subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries
  • Offer personalized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver professional and friendly support across all interactions
  • Represent and promote the Bouygues Telecom brand values

Requirements

French: Native or C2 level

No previous experience required (full training provided)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

Customer-oriented mindset

Location

Onsite role in Porto, Portugal

Salary & Benefits

Performance bonus: €100/month (first 3 months), then based on performance

Private medical insurance after 4 months
