Work set-up: Office-based or Work From Home
Engage with potential business partners on LinkedIn and arrange B2B meetings.
Organize pre-qualified face-to-face meetings for Fridays and manage the calendar efficiently.
Perform cold calling for B2C leads and schedule meetings.
Prepare financial strategy documents and conduct calculations in preparation for client meetings.
Curate and manage lists of property options based on client requirements.
Compile and prepare investment information packs with detailed suburb and property research.
Maintain email communications with clients to follow up and respond to all email inquiries
At least 1 year of experience in either mortgage brokering, financial planning, property investment or telemarketer.
Familiar with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate databases.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a HUGE plus
