About the role
We’re looking for an execution-focused People Operations professional to support the day-to-day administrative functions of People Ops. This role is designed to take operational workload off leadership so they can focus on strategy and organizational development.
You’ll handle recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding workflows, benefits administration support, compliance tracking, and employee records management.
This is a process-driven role focused on coordination, accuracy, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities -
Recruiting Operations
Coordinate hiring workflows (job postings, scheduling, tracking, offers).
Manage offer letters, background checks, and hiring documentation in HR systems.
Communicate with hiring teams and keep workflows moving.
Support AI-driven recruiting processes (no interviewing required).
Benefits & Employee Support
Assist with benefits administration and monthly audits.
Flag discrepancies and escalate issues.
Provide Tier 1 responses to basic employee People Ops questions.
Compliance & Records
Track employment verifications, I-9 completion, and compliance deadlines.
Maintain accurate employee records and system hygiene.
Support audit readiness and documentation tracking.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding tasks, equipment requests, and system access.
Ensure onboarding/offboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time.
Documentation
Maintain policies, templates, trackers, and process documentation.
Preferred Experience
HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience supporting HR or People Ops workflows
Strong comfort with documentation, trackers, and process-driven work
Working Style
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repeatable workflows and checklists
Strong written communication
Able to work independently and escalate issues when needed
