Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys long-term vision
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, service delivery, and cost efficiency
Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans
Establish operational metrics and monitor organizational performance
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration to support company objectives
Oversee resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
Support business growth by ensuring operational scalability and infrastructure readiness
Partner with finance and department heads to manage budgets and improve cost management
Lead and mentor department heads, fostering strong leadership and professional development
Promote innovation and technology adoption to support operational excellence
Prepare operational reports and insights to support executive decision-making
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role
Proven experience in operations management, business strategy, and organizational leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex business operations
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology industries is a strong advantage
