Job Title: Operations Audit Officer

Job Location: Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Design and implement control systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Conduct root cause analysis on discrepancies and fraud indicators
• Perform internal audits (financial, operational, and compliance)
• Review records and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA required

CFE or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage

3–5 years of experience in internal auditing

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Proficiency in accounting systems and data analysis tools
