Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework
• Oversee credit, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and fraud risks
• Partner with executive leadership to align risk strategy with business goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP and other relevant bodies
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk and compliance team

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior risk leadership role (CRO, Head of Risk, or equivalent)

Strong background in fintech, banking, or payments

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the Philippines

Expertise in risk modeling, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity risk

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
