Matching receivables from customers.
Responsible for PO openings on SAP system, control of incoming material, transport and customs procedures, billing processes. Inventory - goods management on the road.
Following up and sending to the customer, if it is necessary to open a letter of advance and firm guarantee.
Warranty - sending back-returning and tracking the materials that need to be returned within the scope of repair to overseas factories, export-import customs procedures.
Monitoring of cashing processes in forward transactions made, following up RELEX reporting every month.
Costing after field works and determining the final amount of the order, sharing the order letter with the customer and invoicing it.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in related field. (Preferably technical background)
At least 5 years of experience in the related field,
Registered with İŞKUR a valid disability report with a minimum disability rate of 40%,
Experienced in purchasing, sales support and knowledge of customs legislation. Knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP modules, PO opening.
Team player, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, collaborative, customer oriented.
Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English.
