Job Description

This role supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-brand delivery. It combines hands-on campaign management with performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement through testing and segmentation. The role also supports product marketing initiatives and event-related marketing activities aligned with business priorities.

Set up, deploy, and optimise email marketing campaigns using approved automation platforms and Salesforce

Build and maintain email templates, campaign assets, audience lists, and testing plans in line with brand and compliance standards

Monitor campaign performance and maintain key metrics, reporting insights to leadership and stakeholders

Identify and implement improvements through testing, segmentation, and enhanced measurement

Support product launches, portfolio promotion, and development of marketing materials and digital assets

Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events, including pre- and post-event communications, lead capture, and reviews

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a life sciences field (e.g. biology, biomedical science, biotechnology), or equivalent practical experience
Fluent German (C1/C2) is an absolute must
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Understanding of campaign execution, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or conferences is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
