The Admin Support and Customer Service position is primarily responsible for supporting administrative tasks, internal coordination, and clinic operational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This role supports the team in documentation, coordination, and operational activities within the company, while also assisting with customer service and basic customer coordination as assigned.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic coordination through company communication channels such as LINE, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media, and phone calls
Support appointment coordination, scheduling, and customer requests
Provide information regarding clinic services and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary
Escalate urgent issues or important service-related matters to supervisors
Support coordination with psychologists and psychiatrists for both onsite and online services
Review and ensure session details and related information are accurate and complete
