At Lendi Group, we’re building AI-powered systems that help our Growth teams move faster, scale smarter, and deliver better customer outcomes across Aussie and Lendi.
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help design, build, and scale AI agents and automation workflows that teams genuinely rely on, not just AI tools for personal productivity.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone early in their product or technology career who is deeply curious about AI, loves solving problems, and enjoys turning messy workflows into scalable systems.
You’ll work across Growth, Content, Brand, Product, and Engineering to create practical AI-powered solutions that improve how teams create content, manage knowledge, run experiments, streamline operations, and drive commercial impact.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape how AI agents become embedded into the day-to-day operations of one of Australia’s leading fintech growth teams.
We’re open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Build and improve AI agents and connected workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Glean, Rovo, Zapier, Cursor, or equivalent platforms
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand problems, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into practical AI solutions
Design multi-step agent workflows that improve speed, quality, scalability, and operational efficiency
Help prioritise and coordinate multiple AI initiatives based on business value and impact
Monitor, refine, and optimise agent performance as adoption scales across teams
Support experimentation, CRO, and funnel optimisation initiatives across Aussie and Lendi digital experiences
Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions — from discovery and prototyping through to rollout, iteration, and long-term optimisation
Work closely with product, engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or CRO
Exposure to customer acquisition funnels or digital product journeys
Experience working with growth, content, or operational workflows
Familiarity with fintech, marketplaces, or high-volume digital products
We know great candidates don’t always tick every box. If you’re excited by the role and have built interesting things with AI, we’d still love to hear from you — and during the interview process, we’d love to see what you’ve built.
Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines. Bringing together diverse expertise, innovative technology and a customer-first approach, our teams work seamlessly to simplify the property journey, helping Australians find, buy and own property with confidence.

Hybrid working arrangement designed to support work-life balance, while fostering meaningful connection and collaboration.
