Recruiter – Remote | Talent Acquisition, Sourcing & Candidate Management
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for interviews and candidate coordination)
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer management.

You’ll act as both a talent partner and hands-on recruiter, ensuring hiring managers receive strong candidates while maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Role Intake & Hiring Strategy
Timely updates
Interview preparation
Professional follow-up
Serve as a strong brand representative throughout the hiring process
Maintain a respectful and positive candidate experience
Interview Coordination & Hiring Support
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Align schedules across multiple time zones when needed
Prepare candidates before interviews
Facilitate hiring feedback collection and debrief discussions
Support hiring managers with candidate evaluations and recommendations
Offer Management & Onboarding
Draft and present offers to selected candidates
Support negotiation and acceptance processes
Coordinate onboarding steps and transition support
Ensure smooth handoff into onboarding workflows
Recruitment Reporting & Process Management
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting workflows
iCIMS
Agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting experience
Source candidates for active openings
Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
Send candidate updates and follow-up communication
Update ATS records and pipeline stages
Provide hiring managers with recruiting updates and market feedback
Track recruitment metrics and sourcing performance
