Job Summary:
The Collection Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts resolving misunderstandings and educating them on payment terms and consequences.
Qualification:
- At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level education.
- With collections or BPO experience is preferred
- Willing to work onsite
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patient and able to handle customer complaints or misunderstandings effectively.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 9AM–6PM
Location: One World Square, Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City
