The Sales Development Specialist is the voice of Master Sourcing to our customers for Heavy Duty hydraulic and pneumatic parts.
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Edmonton. This role requires travelling to and working with clients out of Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC.

Meet with existing and potential customers to increase sales and achieve the sales growth budget for your territory
You will also ensure excellent customer service through well-organized and well-prepared presentations/visits/trainings to manufacturers, installers and hydraulic workshops
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, evaluate competition and build customized pricing profiles
Make inventory level recommendations to manufacturers to maximize sales while maintaining acceptable stock rotation
Gather customer requests and requirements for product/solution development and improvement.
Salary range: $82,300- $100,500. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
