Execute CRM journeys guiding users from
- App install to first booking
- First booking to second booking
- Deploy onboarding campaigns that educate users on app USPs, pricing, and key features
- Support first-ride incentive and welcome offer execution
CRM Campaign Execution
- Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, and other available channels
- Ensure correct segmentation, eligibility, and timing of campaigns
- Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager on campaign logic and priorities
Promo Execution Support
- Assist in setting up and validating promo logic using promo tools
- Ensure new user offers are applied correctly and only to intended segments
- Support QA and monitoring during campaign launches
- Reporting & Optimization Support
Track and report key activation metrics such as
- First booking rate
- Time to first booking
- First to second booking conversion
- Identify drop-off points and share insights for optimization
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (MoEngage or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Basic understanding of funnels, segmentation, and performance metrics
- Strong coordination and communication skills
