We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Angkas.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for
Responding to customer inquiries and providing problem resolution through various channels including phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, and chat.
You will deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing exceptional service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
Additionally, you will provide personalized customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each customer.
Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
At least 6 months of customer service experience or any client facing roles
Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English
Ability to work on a shifting schedule and amenable to work onsite 5x a week
Amenable to start in a project based contract
