Description:

We are recruiting Mandarin-speaking Hotel Reservationists to join an international hospitality customer service project based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will support hotel reservation operations, assisting guests with booking-related requests and delivering a high standard of customer experience aligned with hospitality industry practices.

As a Hotel Reservationist, you will

• Handle hotel reservation inquiries in Mandarin through customer service channels
• Assist guests with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, and services
• Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience in line with hospitality standards
• Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operational environment

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria

• Mandarin language proficiency at C1 level or above (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in hotel Front Office or Reservations is required
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with reservation systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
