Role Overview

The Finance Operations Director is responsible for leading overall finance operations, including financial planning, accounting oversight, cash flow management, governance, process optimization, and business support. The role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations and financial management activities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Drive operational efficiency and finance process transformation initiatives
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business objectives
• Lead risk management, governance, and internal control activities
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Oversee finance systems improvements and automation projects
• Develop and lead high-performing finance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience
• Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer, or high-volume operational environments
• Strong leadership, financial management, and operational finance experience
• Experience in ERP systems, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
