Our consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.
We are now looking to hire an awesome TA Partner based in Sydney to join our growing team. In this role, you will be deployed onsite with one of our clients, delivering first class service and consulting on all aspects of the hiring process.
This role is a 12 month max term contract.
Owning end-to-end delivery across a broad array of roles within Australia, with a focus on delivering incredible candidate experiences
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle according to Talent’s & the Client’s methodology
Partnering with hiring managers and HR create compelling. accurate job descriptions that truly reflect the business needs
Proactively building and managing talent pools
Utilising a range of recruitment tools and search methodologies to find the very best talent
Effectively managing and setting expectations with hiring managers
Positively consult to and influence hiring managers and HR on their recruitment processes and selection techniques
Coordinating interviews, assessments, offers and the on-boarding of new employees
Interpreting data to communicate clear, insightful stories that inform hiring decisions with visually led reporting
At least 5+ years recruiting with both in-house or RPO and agency experience.
Account Management experience preferred
Technology recruitment experience preferred, with the ability to recruit across a broad array of positions
Experience working in a nimble fast paced business
Experience recruiting in data led environments
High attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process.
An excellent work ethic and a desire for continued learning
The ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising your time and using your initiative to provide solutions to what are often intangible services.
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred but not required
