Content & Storefront: Create listings, upload A+ content, and manage storefronts—primarily for Amazon US and Amazon JP.
Promotion Execution: Plan and execute marketing events (BAU and peak seasons); manage price changes and ensure full compliance with Amazon promotion policies.
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with Demand Planning team, create shipments and provide real-time tracking for all shipments.
Localized Events: Coordinate with designers, identify regional holidays and request culturally-tailored creatives.
Data Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews on product and storefront performance; maintain accurate logs of all operational data.
2+ years in Amazon operations.
Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, or Operations.
Excellent written English and Chinese.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to analyze large datasets and track performance trends.
Experience with Airtable (or similar databases), Google Drive, and Google Sheets is preferred.
High attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
