Job Description Summary This is a high-impact commercial role at the intersection of ultrasound, digital health, and IT connectivity. You will partner closely with sales teams and customers to drive revenue growth, lead complex opportunities, and enable adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping deals, influencing strategy, and translating technology into real clinical and operational value. Job Description Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and pipeline development for ultrasound digital solutions (software, AI, and subscription-based offerings) and multi-segments ultrasound projects. Lead and support complex sales opportunities, applying value-based selling (ROI, workflow, outcomes) Act as a digital solutions expert, enabling and coaching sales teams to improve win rates Engage with clinicians, hospital management, and IT stakeholders to identify needs and position solutions Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives Ensure post-sale adoption and utilization, maximizing long-term customer value Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, Applications, and regional teams Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and compliance with GE HealthCare policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field 6–9 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or healthcare IT Proven experience in commercial roles, business development, or solution selling Strong exposure to software, SaaS, AI, digital healthcare solutions, or medical ultrasound preferred Solid understanding of hospital workflows and customer decision-making processes Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good communication skill in Thai and English Ability to influence, lead without authority, and work effectively in a matrix environment Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No At GE HealthCare, we see possibilities through innovation.
