We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media & Virtual Assistant Coordinator to support both marketing and administrative operations across the business. This role is primarily focused on managing social media campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads, while also supporting back-office administration and participant/support worker outreach.
Manage and grow social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram)
Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
Schedule and publish provided content across platforms
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
Support lead generation initiatives through Meta platforms
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Manage and follow up on leads generated through social campaigns
Contact potential NDIS participants and support workers
Maintain professional communication and relationship management
Track lead progress and update systems accordingly
Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support
Manage back-office administrative tasks
Update and maintain CRM systems and participant records
Organise and manage digital documents and files
Support day-to-day operational coordination
CRM & System Management
Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
Maintain clean and organized lead and client records
Support workflow and process improvements where required
