Stagiaire – Santé et Sécurité au Travail/Health and Safety Intern

Vous souhaitez développer votre expertise en santé et sécurité au travail dans un environnement industriel stimulant ?

Au sein de notre équipe SST, vous contribuerez activement à la prévention des risques, à la conformité réglementaire et à l’amélioration continue de nos pratiques en matière de santé et sécurité. Accompagné(e) par des professionnels expérimentés, vous participerez à des activités concrètes sur le terrain et collaborerez avec différentes équipes afin de soutenir une culture de sécurité forte et proactive.

Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir une expérience pratique en milieu manufacturier, de comprendre les exigences réglementaires applicables et de contribuer à des projets ayant un impact réel sur la sécurité des employés.

Votre Impact

• Participer aux inspections SST sur le plancher de production et documenter les observations.
• Contribuer à l’identification des risques et au suivi des actions correctives.
• Soutenir les enquêtes d’incidents et participer à l’analyse des causes.
• Aider à la mise à jour des procédures, instructions de travail et outils de prévention.
• Participer aux audits internes en santé et sécurité.
• Collaborer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du système de gestion SST
• Contribuer à la préparation des indicateurs de performance (KPI) en SST.
• Participer aux comités SST et aux rencontres de suivi avec les gestionnaires.
• Soutenir les initiatives de formation et de sensibilisation en matière de sécurité.
• Contribuer à des projets d’amélioration continue visant à réduire les risques et renforcer la culture sécurité.

Votre Profil

• Étudiant(e) au baccalauréat en santé et sécurité au travail, relations industrielles, génie industriel, DEC en hygiène et sécurité ou environnement ou domaine connexe.
• Intérêt marqué pour la prévention des risques et l’amélioration continue.
• Bonne connaissance des principes de base en santé et sécurité au travail.
• Connaissance des lois et règlements en SST (un atout).
• Rigueur, sens de l’observation et esprit analytique.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents intervenants.
• Autonomie, initiative et professionnalisme.
• Maîtrise du français; l’anglais est un atout.
• Doit détenir une autorisation de travail valide au Canada.

The Opportunity

Are you looking to develop your expertise in occupational health and safety in a dynamic industrial environment?

As part of our H&S team, you will actively contribute to risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of our safety practices. Supported by experienced professionals, you will participate in hands‑on field activities and collaborate with various teams to help maintain a strong and proactive safety culture.

This internship will allow you to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment, understand applicable regulatory requirements, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on employee safety.

Your Impact

Participate in H&S inspections on the production floor and document observations.

Contribute to hazard identification and follow up on corrective actions.

Support incident investigations and assist in root cause analysis.

Help update procedures, work instructions, and prevention tools.

Participate in internal H&S audits.

Collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of the H&S management system.

Contribute to the preparation of H&S performance indicators (KPIs).

Take part in H&S committees and follow‑up meetings with managers.

Support safety-related training and awareness initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing risks and strengthening the safety culture.

Your Profile

Student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial relations, industrial engineering, environmental studies, College Diploma in Hygiene and Safety or a related field.

Strong interest in risk prevention and continuous improvement.

Good understanding of basic H&S principles.

Knowledge of H&S laws and regulations (an asset).

Rigorous, observant, and analytical.

Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.

Autonomous, proactive, and professional.

Proficiency in French; English is an asset.

Must hold a valid work authorization in Canada.
