Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir une expérience pratique en milieu manufacturier, de comprendre les exigences réglementaires applicables et de contribuer à des projets ayant un impact réel sur la sécurité des employés.

Are you looking to develop your expertise in occupational health and safety in a dynamic industrial environment?
As part of our H&S team, you will actively contribute to risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of our safety practices. Supported by experienced professionals, you will participate in hands‑on field activities and collaborate with various teams to help maintain a strong and proactive safety culture.
This internship will allow you to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment, understand applicable regulatory requirements, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on employee safety.
Participate in H&S inspections on the production floor and document observations.
Contribute to hazard identification and follow up on corrective actions.
Support incident investigations and assist in root cause analysis.
Help update procedures, work instructions, and prevention tools.
Participate in internal H&S audits.
Collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of the H&S management system.
Contribute to the preparation of H&S performance indicators (KPIs).
Take part in H&S committees and follow‑up meetings with managers.
Support safety-related training and awareness initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing risks and strengthening the safety culture.
Student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial relations, industrial engineering, environmental studies, College Diploma in Hygiene and Safety or a related field.
Strong interest in risk prevention and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of basic H&S principles.
Knowledge of H&S laws and regulations (an asset).
Rigorous, observant, and analytical.
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
Autonomous, proactive, and professional.
Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
Must hold a valid work authorization in Canada.
