The Marketing Analyst supports the development and execution of marketing programs across assigned brands and product categories. This role contributes to new product feasibility and commercialization, product lifecycle management, brand asset development, reporting and analytics, and marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities

Support new product feasibility by developing costing analyses, aggregating data for new item setup, and maintaining product information for commercialization. Collaborate closely with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure brand consistency across product lines, promotional materials, events, and brand communications (including sell sheets, renders, and hero imagery).

Assist in coordinating social media and digital marketing efforts to engage target consumers and drive brand growth. Act as a liaison with agencies, vendors, influencers, and other external partners.

Support the development of marketing materials, packaging design, and sales collateral in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.

Conduct category research and analyze market trends and syndicated data to support segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning strategies. Present insights to stakeholders.

Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including sampling, concept testing, and sensory panels.

Contribute to growth strategy development and annual planning initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience OR 1 year of related internship experience
  • Bilingual Spanish skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in social media, web, and digital/SEO marketing
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or culinary environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Ability to analyze data, create reports, and build presentations
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communicator with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
Strong understanding of consumer segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning
Knowledge of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape
Work Environment & Conditions
Hybrid work environment (in-office and remote as needed)
Ability to travel as required

  • Primarily office-based work environment with frequent sitting, standing, and computer use
  • Occasional physical activity such as walking, bending, or reaching
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and participate in virtual communications
