Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: Hunt St helps Australian businesses hire top offshore talent directly from the Philippines through a one-time recruitment fee model. We work closely with founders and growing SMEs across Australia and move quickly as a team.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and adaptable who can support both marketing execution and day-to-day operational/admin tasks within the business.
This role will work closely with our Chief of Staff and wider leadership team.
Role Overview: This is a hybrid support role focused on both marketing coordination and operational assistance.
You’ll help support the execution side of Hunt St’s marketing efforts while also assisting with recurring admin and operational tasks across the business. The role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
Over time, you’ll also gain exposure to internal systems, workflows, and operational processes while working closely with the Chief of Staff.
Marketing Coordination & Execution
Assist with content creation and planning
Help coordinate and schedule content across social platforms
Support ad and campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
Moderate social media comments/messages
Operations & Admin Support
Assist with recurring operational/admin tasks such as onboarding new team members and coordinating client gifts
Provide general support across different areas of the business as needed
Become familiar with internal systems, workflows, automations, and processes
Use tools such as ClickUp, Zapier, AI tools, and other platforms to support day-to-day operations
Be proactive and curious about learning new systems and improving efficiency across the business
Learn and shadow parts of the Chief of Staff role to assist with operational continuity and support coverage when required
We care more about personality, being switched on, communication, and willingness to learn than having years of experience.
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
