KITSCH is currently looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Traffic Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain Team!
In this role, you'll be the supportive primary contact for all international and domestic shipments, compassionately overseeing logistics operations from both international and domestic vendors to our U.S. warehouses, as well as outbound shipments to our valued wholesale customers Worldwide.
You'll collaborate closely with our Freight Forwarders, Carriers, and 3PL Partners to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries and proactively and kindly flag any potential delays before they affect operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in international logistics, truly thrives in fast-paced environments, and is confidently capable of managing complex, multi-modal shipments globally.
What will be your responsibilities?
Inbound International and Domestic Shipments: Manage all incoming shipments, including tracking container movements (seafreight, airfreight, truck, rail) to ensure timely delivery and proactively communicate delays.
Inbound Domestic and Outbound Wholesale Shipments: Manage inbound shipments from domestic vendors and outbound wholesale shipments to customers.
Carrier and 3PL Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners for consistent, cost-effective, and compliant shipping.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance for both inbound and outbound operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of shipments, customs documentation, and trade compliance paperwork.
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to optimize logistics workflows and minimize disruptions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation standards, and Incoterms.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and transportation.
What are we looking for in you?
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in International Logistics and Shipping.
Strong experience with Inbound Shipments from Asia and outbound shipments to markets such as the EU, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Solid grasp of Incoterms, shipping terminology, and international trade documentation.
Familiarity with U.S. import regulations and documentation, as well as export processes for outbound shipments.
Experience with Tax Drawback Operations or Trade Incentive Programs (e.g., IMMEX).
Proven coordination with carriers, forwarders, and 3PL vendors.
Knowledge of multi-modal shipping (ocean, air, rail, truck).
Proficiency in tracking systems and transportation management tools.
Experience handling Dangerous Goods.
Experience working in the Cosmetics Industry.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Strong sense of urgency and task-driven.
Capable of managing multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
Adapts well to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
