Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails
• Schedule service appointments
• Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required

Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies

Strong phone and email etiquette

Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day

Experience in home services or trades industry preferred

ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and multitasking skills
