This job involves managing office administration, handling purchasing procedures, coordinating between field staff and other departments, and providing administrative support to Directors and Manager
6.Oversea various administrative tasks, like organizing paperwork, maintaining office suppliers, making travel arrangements, creating reports, managing expenses, and more.
To ensure all administrative work is smooth and promptly organized.
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, General management, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
Valid driving license.
Prior experience in a secretary or administrative role is an advantage
Good command of English, both spoken and written, is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail
